In order to improve the overall strength of regional teaching, the development zone will promote basic education digital resources service platform.

To help teachers to master the use of the service platform, Taida Library has done specialized training for more than 60 high school teachers from No. 1 Middle School, No. 2 Middle School and the International School in the development zone, who are teachers of  Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages, physics, chemistry, geography, biology and other disciplines. It integrated the new reform of high school curriculum while training teachers to use CNKI new curriculum multimedia teaching resource base. It also provided trial use of new products of CNKI, and introduced the primary and secondary school personal digital library services and the new service platform to help teachers skillfully master the use of digital resources and enable them to prepare lessons in summer vocation and find teaching resources.
