ON July 4th, the reporter get information from  SEDA council  that German hydraulic WePuke Co., which is a world-class Co., formally set up a joint-venture Co. in  SEDA.

German hydraulic WePuko Co. was established in 1932, and it is the world top forging equipment manufacturer. This company and WePuko Hydraulic (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd set up a China R & D center and an assembly bases in SEDA together, and in the mean time, a Heavy machine-building manufacturing base is set up by Shenyang heavy machine-mining machinery and equipment Co., Ltd and WePuko Hydraulic (Hong Kong). This project covers 85,000 square meters. Investment in the first phase is 25 million euros, and it is 40 million euros in the second phase. After this project is completed, the output will reach 10 billion yuan per year.
