From this year, Guangzhou ETDZ will attract about 10 technology leading talent each year, and will assist them 1 million yuan one-time as the start-up funding. In the same time, Guangzhou ETDZ will provide free housing the workplace, and their technological achievements can be treated as over 30% of total Shares based on the registered capital.

It is learnt that the main technology leading talents which Guangzhou ETDZ would like to attract are in the field of electronic information, biological medicine, new materials, new energy and energy conservation and environmental protection, advanced manufacturing, knowledge-intensive services.

If the leading talents use technological achievements as shares, after assessment by the authoritative department, their achievements can be treated as over 30% of the total shares based on registered capital.
