The signing Ceremony that Nanjing Bierde-ad Co., donate garbage bins and bus shelters to YCDA is held at YCDA management Committee on June,19th,2008 . Lizefeng (Standing Committee member of the Municipal Government Committee and director of YCDA), Gao chongtong (vice director of YCDA), Gou nianfang (board chairman of Bierde Co.), and leaders from YCDA Construction Bureau, Land Planning Bureau, Economic Development Bureau, Investment-Promotion Bureau, CCPC office, and high-new Co. attend the signing ceremony.

Bierde Co. is the first domestic enterprise that engaged in city public garbage bins’ R&D, management and marketing. In recent years, the company pays great attention to the development of environmental protection. It has donated and set up bus shelters and garbage bins facilities in cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Jinan, and Fuzhou. And it has become the nation's largest public commonweal garbage bin operating Enterprise. This year is the 50th anniversary of autonomous region establishment.  Bierde Co. will take this opportunity to donate 60 million yuan’s garbage bins and environment-friendly bus shelters to Yinchuan City. In the mean time, it will obtain the corresponding receipts through advertising revenue. Donating 400 garbage bins and 10 bus shelters to YCDA is part of this donation activity.

Before the signing ceremony, Li zeFeng meets with the board chairman of Bierde Co. and his team. He expresses his acknowledgement to Bierde Co.’s support to the YCDA, and sparkplugs all YCDA bureaus should support this project to make sure the project can play its role ASAP. He also hopes that the Bierde Co. can play their own advantages, vigorously promote the YCDA investment environment and special industries, and set up bridge for  Nanjing investors to invest in Yinchuan.
