Tianjin ETDA (TEDA) takes the lead in the use of digital city management system

TEDA takes the city lead in the use of digital city management system   on June 22nd. This indicates that TEDA has taken an important step on achieving scientific, standardized, fine, long-term city management. Gou Li-jun, Standing Committee member of the Municipal Government Committee and the director of Binhai New Area management Committee, announces that the digital city management system put into use, then opens the system, inspects the city Supervision Management Center. He hopes that TEDA can treat the use of digital city management system as an opportunity to further integrate resources, strengthen regulation, implement the responsibility, comprehensively enhance the level of city management, then provide experience and demonstration to Binhai New Area and Tianjin city. Cui Junzhi£¬academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and team leader of the National Housing and Construction bureau digital city management team,  together with the leaders or experts from the city commissioned, TEDA, and Tianjin mobile company , attend the opening activity.

TEDA¡¯s Digital City Management System is a unified city management platform by makeing full use of existing information networks and data resources of the region. Regarding 10,000 square meters as a unit, the system can implement network supervision and management for the municipal utilities and city environments. Social supervisors, city management Center and the district contractors and supervisory units can conduct city management work through connecting to this platform. Specific business processes contain six steps, which include problems found, information collection, cases establishment, tasks dispatching, tasks handling and feedback, cases checking and cases closing. Through the establishment of a scientific city digital management system and effective comprehensive evaluation system, a "large city management" pattern and " one stop" business model has formed, thus significantly improve the city management   level.
