Wangmingying, deputy secretary of the Work Committee (export processing zone) and  deputy director  of Chongqing ETDZ, leads Chongqing ETDZ delegation to visit Tianjin TEDA on June,6th. The delegation have depth- communication with relevant management team of Tianjin TEDA on the topics like intensification of land use, industry Sustainable development, the zones operating mode, the building and the use of standard workshop, as well as blue-collar apartment building.  Zhang Jun, deputy director of  Tianjin TEDA, warmly welcome and meets the delegation at investment service center.

Zhangjun introduces the issues like the management model of Binhai New Area, the eight functional areas' planning of new district, and the zone's recent development situation. In the mean time, he answers all the questions that concerned by the delegation.

Wang Mingying expressed that Tianjin ETDA is an example of all the national development zones. Hopefully, Chongqing ETDZ can learn some valuable experiences on attracting investment, processing &trade, bonded logistics, construction and management of standard workshop, blue-collar apartment building etc. from Tianjin ETDA.

The two parties also exchange the views on problems which encountered in the development of export processing zones

It is said that Chongqing ETDZ is composed by three parks: the high-tech industry development zone, Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the northern new district. The "three districts-one" management system was carried out at the end of 2007.
