China Telecom Suzhou Call Center Industrial Base is established formally in Suzhou Industrial Park recently. The initial planning area of the base is up to ten thousand square meters.

China Telecom Suzhou Branch cooperates with Suzhou Industrial Park Shengpu Town on the Call Center Industrial Base. With communication infrastructure of China Telecom and policy support from Suzhou Industrial Park, the Call Center Industrial Base has a good prospect. It plans to transform and decorate the existing industrial buildings of 1000 seats and some VIP rooms, and will provide centralized and specialized call service for service industry, manufacturing industry, financial industry and government department.
