The working meeting on national exemplary eco-industrial park was held in Tianjin ETDZ on May 20th , participants of which included Ministry of Environment Protection , Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Science and Technology. Pioneers in building national eco-industrial park , Tianjin ETDZ , Suzhou Industrial Park and Suzhou High and New Technological Industry Development Zone were certified on the meeting . Fu Wenjuan, Chief of discipline inspection panel of CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection to Ministry of Environment Protection, Ma Xiuhong , Vice Minister of Ministry of Commerce and Cao Jianlin , Vice Minister of Ministry of Science and Technology attended the meeting . Wang Zhiping , Vice Mayor of Tianjin delivered a speech .The attendance also comprised of comrades form departments of environment protection , commerce and science and technology of relevant municipalities and provinces , as well as representatives from national ETDZs and High and New Tech Zones . 

In his address, Wang Zhiping ,on behalf of Tianjin Municipal Government , expressed congratulation to the convention of the meeting and warm welcome to all representatives coming from other provinces .  He said that building eco-industrial park represents a significant move in implementing the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress and scientific outlook on development in a all-round way and expediting the construction of a resource-saving and environment friendly society, and is of far reaching importance to promoting the transition of economic development mode , optimizing environment and realizing sustainable development.  The three ministries , by implementing the deployment of CPC Central Committee and State Council and exerting efforts during the past year since April 2007 , has make substantial achievement in building eco-industrial parks in nation ETDZs and HNTDZs. The aim of the meeting is to summarize and exchange practical experiences of different regions , thus propelling the advancement of our work in future , accelerating the building of national exemplary eco-industrial parks , driving the  reconstruction of green industrial parks in existing ones of different types and levels , realizing fast and sound development .  Tianjin ETDZ is currently in a new historic stage featuring entering of large number of high-grade technology industries, dynamic development of all aspects and the formation of a momentum of substantial development.
