On the signing ceremony of the second batch of key industrial projects of Beijing 2008 , three projects of Beijing ETDZ became the focus of attention , which were the second phase of Wind Power Industrial Park by Jinfeng Tech Group , the R&D base of human blood substitute and original medicament and the R&D base of monoclonal antibody. 

Jinfeng Tech Group has been leading China's wind power generation equipment manufacturing industry, occupying 25.25% of domestic market while ranking the first on the home-made power generation set market and the eighth in global wind power set manufacturing industry.  The first batch of sets produced by the R&D base of wind power generation sets of megawatt will be provided to Beijing Olympics as green power equipment. The human blood substitute industrialization base is an exemplary base built by Beijing Kaizheng Bioengineering Development Co., Ltd, total investment of which was 650 million Yuan. After being completed in 2010 , it will engage in production of human blood substitute biological , chemical medicament and biotechnology medicament. The human blood substitute technology is currently on clinical trial and expected to be put into use in two years ,by then , there will be no need to distinguish different blood types. The monoclonal antibody R&D base is invested by Sino-American Tiandao (Beijing Biotechnology Co., Ltd), which is expected to realize an annual sales revenue of 630 million Yuan after completion, and 50 to 70% of its products will be sold to America and Europe to provide  biological medicament and raw material medicament of injection to these areas. 

According to authorities of the Industry Promotion Bureau of the ETDZ , the total investment of the three projects reached 1.748 billion Yuan , which will add the sales revenue of the zone by 12.23 billion Yuan after being put into operation.
