Since the beginning of the year , we earnestly implemented the four supervision regulations issued by Shandong Environmental Protection Administration , further strengthening supervision over key polluting enterprises according to relevant requirements , insuring failure-free operation of anti-pollution facilities and on-line monitoring devices , promoting stabilization rate of anti-pollution facilities , decreasing emission of pollutants while conserving energy . 

The Environmental Protection Administration earnestly carried out its functions, intensifying the building and daily supervision management of on-line monitoring devices , ensuring the validity of environmental data .  For the two sewage treatment plants and key enterprises the following areas were inspected : establishment of daily record of emission reduction items , installation of on-line monitoring devices , failure-free operation and  networking of these devices , the accordance of supervision record and  operation record of enterprises . For water pollutant decreasing items , the following indicators were inspected :the pollutant  strength of the sewage at both entrance and exit , the logical relation among power consumption , sludge yielding and treating water quantity . For sulfur dioxide reduction projects , we mainly inspected the operation of desulfuration facilities , highlighting the operating condition of fan delivery, electric current, sweetening efficiency, the ration of coal consumption to  power generation  and  desulfurizer consumption.
