In the first quarter of this year ,industrial  output value of enterprises above designated size in the zone reached 28.76 billion Yuan , and the gross profit of industrial enterprises stood  at 1.492 billion Yuan , increasing 39.98% compared to the same period of the previous year .The economical operation quality of the zone made remarkable improvement despite the complicated domestic and international situation . 
Hangzhou will continue to provide satisfactory service to enterprises in the future to expedite the development of industrial economy . 
Main aims included :fostering a batch of small and medium-sized enterprises with good development potential ,striving to develop another 20 enterprises with output value of over 100 million Yuan；
Accelerating the building of bio medical innovation platform and building a national bio-industrial and hi-tech industrial base . 
Developing cultural creative industry and service outsourcing industry to build a national exemplary area of service outsourcing and cultural creative industrial garden ; 
Expediting the construction of university scientific and technological park and promoting the 5 key special areas including the Service Outsourcing Hr Training Base of  Hangzhou Vocational Technology Institute and the IT service outsourcing park of Hanzhou  Training School of Irrigation and  Hydroelectricity . 
Making a three-year action plan to expand the high-grade technology industry and modern  service industry  and building standard plants of 200 thousand square meters .
