Three canning lines were installed  in Fujian Yuansheng Food Industrial Co., Ltd, on April 19th which could be put into production soon.  It was signed on last year's CSFET all examination and approval, construction work and   equipment installation of which were finished within one year.  According to authorities of the ETDZ , among the 18 projects signed on the CSFET last year , 14 have been put into operation and 2 were under construction , accounting for 90% of the total amount of the signed projects . 

According to the introduction of He Jie , Deputy Director General of Economic Development Administration of Fuzhou ETDZ , all the 18 projects were of large scale , high technology , sound economic returns and low pollution , with total contractual foreign capital of 129.97 million dollars .  The 14 projects that have been put into operation were Haidong Bio Technology , Xinjingdian Paper , Lianyi Light Industrial , Yige Packeting , Gaolong Feedstuff , Weiyun Technology etc.  While of the 2 under construction, the first phase of Fujian Yuansheng Food Industrial Co. Ltd was expected to be put into production soon , and Fuzhou Mingcheng Howard Johnson Hotel was under external wall renovation . There was 1 project was cancelled and the other one was under negotiation. 

The total investment of the 16 projects in production reached 105.97 million dollars , 3 of which were had investment of over 10 million dollars.  The Fuzhou Mingcheng Howard Johnson Hotel was jointly invested by Howard Johnson Hotel , a Fortune 500 company from America and Mingcheng Group , and would be jointy managed and operated by the two .

According to He Jie , Fuzhou ETDZ made great efforts to improve its infrastructure   after last CSFET, building sound supporting utilities like road ,  water supply and draining system , power supply net and gas net as well as communication network and other living amenities .  Meanwhile relevant departments made earnest analysis to the projects and provided tailored guidance to each project and took full advantage of the favorable policies the State Council granted and the economic management right at the municipality level of the ETDZ to provide services and expedite the construction and putting into production of the projects . During the process , the ETDZ also united relevant departments such as the customs, insurance, foreign economic and trade , examination and approval , authentication for high and new technological enterprises . 

The preparation for this year's CSFET is undergoing smoothly now, the goal for the fair is to exceed the achievements of last year.   According to the statistics by the end of April 20th , 7 projects were expected to be signed with a contractual value of 86.94 million dollars , 6 of which were contractual projects , with a value of 66.94 million dollars , 1 were agreement project of 20 million dollars .
