The largest producer of metal-polymer plain bearings , GGB set up its China Production Base GGB Bearing Technology Suzhou) Co., Ltd in Suzhou Industrial Park .  。

GGB is a branch of EnPro Industries, an American listed company which has set up office in over 20 countries .  The bearings produced in the company could find application in many industries including auto, chemical engineering, construction agriculture, pharmacy, office equipment manufacturing.  GGB has taken 50% of the global fluid bearing market. Officials from the company said that the plant in Suzhou will become its production base in China , products of which will be sold on global market.
