Beijing Vianet Co. Ltd entered a contract with Xi'an ETDZ on the project of Information Service Outsourcing Industrial Park on April 6 ， under which it will cooperate with Shanxi Telecom to invest 50 million dollars to build the park.

The first phase of the project will involve an investment of 50 million dollars, aiming at providing services to information service outsourcing industry that based on the network and data center . 

Vianet will make full use of the favorable policies in the export processing zone and the advantages of the centralization of many world-known companies in the zone to provide outsourcing service to government , scientific institutions and enterprises of medium and large scale .
