Beijing Shibiao Certification Center issued the Administration Committee of  Urumchi the ETDZ ISO9001 and ISO14001 international quality certification and environmental management system certification recently .  The Urumchi ETDZ Administration Committee was the first  administrative institution in Xinjiang got the two certifications . 

It was reported that the ISO9000 standard is established by the International Organization for Standardization, which summarized the core theories of quality control and practice.  As advanced quality management standards , it would facilitate the organization and implementation of the quality control system, improve and optimize quality control system ,promote then management capacity and the service quality , thus provide  satisfactory services to customers and win their trust .

The certifying process was launched in July 2007 in Urumchi ETDZ .  According to the requirements of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards, the Administration Committee of  Urumchi ETDZ organized a series of activities ,including system plan , basic training , system establishment , internal check, supervision evaluation, and finally issued 1 management guide and 28 program control files on the organization structuring, function distribution, rules and regulations and working procedures of the committee . All these files has been compiled into a comprehensive system document that would ensure the clarity and high efficiency of the whole management and services .
