On Nov 23, the Ministry of Commerce approved capital increase of two foreign invested companies – China Resources (Xuzhou) Electric Power Co., Ltd. and Xinhua Aviation Holdings Co., Ltd. The two companies reportedly specialize in thermal power generation and air passenger transportation respectively.
