Recently, news from Henan preparation committee of the Expo Central China revealed that China Southern had confirmed to add one flight on April 25th to ensure Donal Tsang, Chief Executive of HK SAR and his followers can come to Zhengzhou; Air Macau had confirmed the charter flight on April 25th from Macao to Zhengzhou to ensure Edmund Ho Hau-wah, Chief Executive of Macao to arrive on time.

The secretary office of the preparation committee has communicated with the related airline companies in the effort of saving transport time to Zhengzhou with provided air express channel and ensuring a daily shuttle flight between capitals of five central provinces and Zhengzhou during the expo.

The secretary office of organization committee has arranged five Audi cars to serve for governors of other five central provinces during the expo. Benz deal has also agreed to provide five E280 Benz cars for service. 100 government vehicles from direct provincial departments will be at service during the expo and 100 Yutong buses and 100 Paladin provided by Zhengzhou have almost been confirmed.

The secretary office has booked over 10,000 hotel rooms with above three stars and developed a pre-arrangement proposal for reception of key domestic guests and delegations. The estimated delegations arranged from home and abroad are 106, among which 64 are from overseas and 42 from internal China.
