The 24th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China makes a decision: to ratify the Convention on Occupational Safety and Health and the Working Environment (1981) adopted at the International Labor Conference on June 22, 1981; at the same time, declares that the Convention on Occupational Safety and Health and the Working Environment (1981) 'may not be applicable to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China for the time being before the Government of the People's Republic of China gives a separate notice.
