It is decided at the 25th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th NPC of the PRC to ratify the Convention on the Protection and Promotion of Diversity of Cultural Expressions which was adopted at the 33rd general conference of the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization on October 20, 2005.
