No new aquatic may be popularized unless it has been examined and approved by the National Committee for Examination and Approval of Original Breeding and Good Breeding and has been announced by the fishery administrative department of the State Council."This Decision shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.The Fishery Law of the People's Republic of China shall be re-promulgated after it has been amended in accordance with this Decision.
