STATUS OF FOREIGN INVESTMENT |
| According to the statistics released by Ministry of Commerce, in 2006 there were 78 projects using foreign investment in gas production and supply industry, down 1.27% under the same period of the previous year. The actually used foreign capital amount was 210 million USD, down 4.82% under the previous year. |

Meanwhile, the average price of future gas was 6.98 USD per million BTU, which was down 23% compared with 2005 when it was 9.02 USD per million BTU. |
