| COMMITMENTS TO THE WTO AND INTERNATIONAL PRACTICES |
| According to the statistics released by Ministry of Commerce, in 2006 there were 46 projects using foreign investment in Metallurgy Industry, down 4.17% under the same period of the previous year. The actually used foreign capital amount was 440 million USD, down 44.62% under the previous year. |
