Exhibitors check-in, to get Exhibitor Passes and the Booth Setup & Dismantling Passes (if needed but deposit required), and to set up booths. Documents required for check-in: ?a copy of booth rental payment proof and booth confirmation letter.

Lobby, Hall C Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center(CIFIT venue)

12:00, Sept. 7th

Booth setup completed, security check starts

9:08, Sept 8th

The Opening Ceremony of CIFIT

Sept. 8th-11th

Exhibition and negotiation(no break at noon)

Booth dismantling Starts

Note:
1 After 12:00, Sept. 6th, all the Booth Setup & Dismantling Pass holders shall enter and exit the Venue from the back doors of the exhibition halls.
2 During CIFIT, Exhibitor Pass holders have to access CIFIT Venue, Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center(XICEC)from the back doors and get booths prepared 30minutes prior to the opening of the exhibition , and leave within 30minutes after its closing.
