Ministry of Commerce Launches Anti-dumping Investigation against Bisphenol A Imported from Thailand

The Ministry of Commerce issued announcement No.13 of 2017 on March 6, 2017, deciding to launch the anti-dumping investigation against Bisphenol A imported from Thailand. The English name of the involved product is Bisphenol A. It is listed under Customs Import and Export Tariff of the People’s Republic of China and the tariff number is 29072300.

According to Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Anti-dumping, the Ministry of Commerce will investigate the dumping of the Bisphenol A imported from Thailand, the dumping degree, the damage to Chinese domestic industry and the damage degree, as well as the causal relationship between the dumping and the damage.
